We focus on identifying candidates with excellent communication skills, high reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly. Each law firm is responsible for training their VA on firm-specific processes and duties. However, our founders—both practicing attorneys—ensure that our matching process aligns with the typical needs of legal practices.
Currently, Traba Legal specializes in full-time placements. This full-time model ensures greater continuity, stronger team integration, and long-term success. Our experience has shown that dedicated, full-time virtual assistants deliver more consistent results and require less oversight compared to part-time or freelance alternatives.
Most of our virtual assistants are based in the Philippines. They are highly flexible and can adjust their schedules to overlap with your firm’s business hours. You can also use the time zone difference to your advantage by completing tasks overnight— maximizing responsiveness and turnaround times.
